Finally posting my ref for my pony egg baby ^^ I went with the sushi theme, plus the fact that only Rockstar is smaller than him at the stable x3

Color: Bay roan
Markings: blaze, RF sock, LF cornet, bend-or-spots all over body.
Discipline: So far eventing, but he has huge stamina so we're considering endurance as well!
Genes: Ee/Aa/Rr
Personality: Shrimp is a feisty boy. He has a lot of personality and it is very, very forceful. He's quite a dominant horse with both horses and people - luckily he's quite solitary so this hasn't caused any major problems with our herd so far! He does enjoy work and is very giving, but if he gets bored he can act and will act up. He's not such a challenging ride that a competent younger rider could handle him, but must be ridden in a fairly heavy bit. He's not a horse to have a 'softly softly' approach with - while we prefer to keep horses in the softest bit possible, without a curb he is almost unstoppable, literally. When he's in a temper (thankfully this is fairly rare) he is prone to bucking. He's very quick on the uptake but doesn't seem to retain information too well.

"What's that?"
Jemima had been sitting in the office helping Charlie with paperwork when the crunch of wheels on gravel had made her look up. Charlie stood and turned to glance out the window.
"Horse box by the look of it," he replied with a slightly confused frown. "I wonder if Marion knows anything about this.."
He was just reaching down for the phone to give her a quick call - she'd been out in the arena behind the barn working with Rockstar when he'd last seen her an hour ago - when he saw her trotting up from the barn with a huge grin on her face. The driver and the small woman had a brief chat, she signed some papers and dashed around to the box like an excited schoolgirl.
"I think we'd best investigate," he said, shooting Jemima a confused look.
As the pair of them got outside, they heard a shrill whinny and a clattering of hooves from inside the box. Somebody was clearly in there, and whoever it was wasn't happy. Or at least not happy about being in the box, as Marion did seem to be leading him out - though by the young horse's tossing head and skittering across the yard he didn't seem ideally pleased by the stables either. He was handsome.. he did seem a little bit crazy though.
"Isn't he just perfect? Son of that appendix who beat Rockstar when we were showing her in halter. He's going to be a total star!"
Charlie gave the little roan horse a long look as he threw his head up, eyes rolling back and his nostrils flaring as he glared around.
"Yes... star.. of course.."
